The American Pan-African Relief Agencies, Inc. (APARA) is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt, non-profit organization that provide relief services to the distressed and under prviledged in the society, especially the AIDS orphans and vulnerable children. Below is the copy of our final letter of determination as issued to APARA by the US Internal Renenue Service to serve as a guide to prospective donors.
