APARA's Vision and Objectives for 2006 and Beyond

1. We will continue to provide services to our immigrant communities in the United States.

2. In Uganda, we will complete the children's center and embark on other programs such as health, education and housing projects and supply equipment for the AIDS orphans and vulnerable children.

3. We will expand our current economic empowerment programs from the Republic of Benin, West Africa, to other Pan-African regions by providing financial assistance for the establishment of small scale trades and businesses, especially for the poor women in villages or rural dwellers

4. We will provide HIV/AIDS prevention, testing, counseling and treatment in the Pan African regions.

5. We plan an expansion of our building programs for the Aids orphans and vulnerable children now taking place in Uganda to other countries like Kenya, Zambia, Ghana and Nigeria.

6. To establish scholarship and education funds for the AIDS orphans and vulnerable children.

7. Most importantly, we will support local charities in Africa to enhance effective services.
